Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir, As per our telephonic conversation today evening with Mr.Srivastava this is to inform you that my Mother (A retired Govt. employee) invested her money more than two lakhs in Sarada Group of west bengal through an agent and my mother in law (Widow,pensioner)also invested more than two lakhs in same company. Unfortunately that said company is closed from 18th April therefore both of them are really helpless and ill now.Our family is in Danger please advise me how to take legal steps to fight back.Agent is also not cooperating more over he is still selling financial products of other chit funds and so is it possible to take stern action against him? My mother surrendered her pension for Gratuity and so she is dependent upon return of MIS and FD s of those concerns. My mother in law is in more danger. They also have products of Alchemist but when we are asking for pre maturity agents are saying this is not possible. Please help us and guide me to save my family.
