Consumer Redressal

I had ordered 2 numbers of Rocio make long body bib cock (water taps) to Snap deal online shopping site on 02/02/2015 as per the order ID: 4751200846 transfer to 6718 and sub order Ids 6318084559 & 6318024569. Due to some technical problems the order was not completed but an amount of Rs698/- had deducted from my bank account via net banking as per Transaction ID: 2646467821G00OAZFY1 on 02/02/2015 at 02.39 pm of SBT Pulamon, Kottarakkara. Now these items are not available in their site and hence lot of requests for refund had been send to their customer support from 02/02/2015 onwards and mails to customer support had received but the refund amount has not yet been received in my account.
