I handed over my car for transportation to Kenstar Packers and Movers from Delhi Cantt to Bengaluru on 04.02.2015.I was agreed that the car would be delivered at the door step in around 10-12 days.But ultimately the car was not even delivered, I had to fetch it from the unloading point after a period of 20days.Apart from the above, the car had run for 208km from the time of handing over of the car,Liquor bottle along with the chips packs were found inside the car which definitely didnt belong to me,4GB Pen drive which was along with the music system is missing,The car found to be in the dirtiest condition including the interiors which were in the most pathetic state.Overall the most unprofessional and irresponsible service provider I have come across.
