I\'m Sahana Das from Kolkata. I\'ve a postpaid GSM connection from Tata Teleservices Ltd. The mobile number is
9038000337 and the Account number is 937380094. For last three months they failed to send me any bill, as a result
of which I didn\'t make any payment. During this time they made repeated calls for payment and every time I told them
that without seeing the bill I wouldn\'t make any payment. In the last telephonic conversation which took place about a
month back they reassured me that in next 24 hrs they would send me a hard-copy of the bill to my residential
address. The bill never arrived. Today I received a letter from their advocate stating that if I don\'t make the payment of Rs. 648/- in 7 days, a legal action would be initiated against me. Even though I paid I would like some action against them for
this harassment and fraud of extracting payment without providing a valid bill.
