Consumer Redressal

Dear sir/madam, I have ordered 2 kurtis from zohraa.com on 21st january,2015 and I received one kurti after long wait wait of 20 days.and the other one I still didn't received. Its almost 1 month n one week passed but there is no update from that site. I called them 20 to 30 times. First they promised me that it will be in my hand in 2 days and after that they are not receiving my call. so i called them by another number then they attend my call because they were unaware that it is my number. That day one lady told me that she will return my money in 4 days and its 2 weeks passed and still I didn't received any money. This site is fraud. Now I am calling them from the number by which I called them last time but they are again not receiving my call. Please take a suitable action.
