Consumer Redressal

we entered into a contract with colour concepts, a unit of asianpaints to paint our entire home at lumpsum of Rs.70,000/- incl of all. the work was to be finished within 5 weeks as promised. from the beginning the work was going very slow there was no one to monitor the laborers. laborers were very irregular in their attendance, so much as a week. also, there were frequent replacements. paint job was very poor and whenever asked, they and their seniors used to reply in the same manner-"let the work finish". they handed over the flat after a long time with many painting errors and in spite of regular complaints they were neither denying nor rectifying the errors. at last a payment dispute had arisen and they stated that the work done was as per the money received by them. the account sent by them each time was contradictory and manipulated. due to the delay in work i was not able to join my office and incurred a heavy loss. so kindly do the needful.
