Consumer Redressal

Ref. : Money Receipt No. 059 Dated 02.04.2013 of Great Eastern Trading Co., Garia I, Rakhi Shome, booked a LG Refrigerator vide from Great Eastern Trading Co., Garia above stated money receipt @ 24,700.00 & an advance payment of Rs. 5000.00 was paid vide above Money Receipt. The representative of the company assured me to deliver the product within 5 (five) days and also told me to pay the balance amount by cash at the time of delivery of the product. But upto 9th day from the date of booking the company failed to deliver me the product. After repeated persuasion on 11th of April 2013 the Manager of the show room told me/my husband that they are unable to deliver our required model and insisted us to take any other available model. But we denied. After long telephonic interaction the Manager of the showroom assured us to sent me the advance amount of Rs. 5000.00 by cash to my residence on the same day i.e. on 11.04.2013 within 10.00 P.M. But till date they didn’t send the same
