My mother is using Reliance GSM Prepaid mobile no. 9477268664. Every few months some Money is deducted from her prepaid balance for value added services,last time being 18/02/15 for Rs.20/-.this time when we called up the customer care they told that they wont be able to refund the balance money but previously they used to return the balance deducted.moreover,we didnot ask for any value added services nor messaged anything for it.last time we asked them not to add any value added services further.Please help me take an action against Reliance Telecom this time
