I was working with Amar Associates, Mumbai for 19 yrs and due to personal reasons I took VRS at age of 54(July 2007). I got my PF and I should get pension but it is been 7 years that I have not received my pension. I've followed up with my company filled up the form for pension but company says that the pension should start form PF dept govt., I tried following up with PF office bombay but no response. Please help me get my pension.
