Consumer Redressal

my relative sent me a courier(documents) by FIRST FLIGHT couriers from Srinagar to Sector 108 noida on 15th of april vide number I51749039. when i checked the status of the consignment online it was showing misroute. i contacted the respective office of first flight noida they said that my courier is in noida phase 2. when i contacted them they said thast they dont deliver the consignments at my address. they made me to call their area manager who too did not gave any satisfactory answer and said he is out of office. i called them so many times now but they are not picking up my call now
