Dear Sir/Madam,
Inspite of taking the full amount for my connection and phone. Reliance communication is not bothered to solve a minor issue such as network problem for over two years. I have written them several mails, called their customer care service and made a visit to their head office in kolkata, but still the problem has not been resolver and i have also been incurring double expenses just for this issue.
