Dear Sir,
I have order a Omron BP Monitor Upper Arm from shopclues.com with order id #36968405 on 06/02/2015. They do not delivery the product but they have sent me a mail your order has been delivered in at the mentioned shipping address but still now i did not receive the product. So what to do next. Please suggest me. I have call several times to their customer care executive but every day they are only taking a complain.
