Respected Sir,
I want to make a complaint against icici lombard.I had been missold the policy they told that the policy is for 5years but when the documents were send it was written 20 years.As soon as I received the documents the very next day I returned it to icici lombard and I have also taken receive copy from them.After submitting the policy within the free look period they have not taken any action yet and regarding this I mailed to irda also but they also not taken any action.Please help me regarding this.
