I have purchased a Laptop of HP on 14 June 2012 - Model no.: HP 1000-1122TU Notebook PC, Product no.: B8M06PA#ACJ, Serial No.:5CG2180028 which is under ON SITE Warranty of 1Year,03 months ago we have booked a complaint for the battery backup of less than 1hr of the Laptop. The HP engineer Shakeel visited my place & checked the laptop - he checked the laptop & replaced one no. Mother board card of it. The laptop worked OK for the day & showed battery backup of 02 hrs. After the same very day the same problem has arose again & the battery backup is now only for near about 45 minutes. After that we have again complaint this problem to HP , they consider us fools and say that please charge the laptop after the battery is completely over & not responding to us. Now today when we are booking the complaint in HP, their Manager namely Viraj of HP is not booking our complaint & is saying we will not do anything.
