Consumer Redressal

I have purchase a nike shoes at MGF Metropolitan Nike Stores. Address: Mehrauli Gurgaon Marg, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002). I am talking about the services I took on 25/07/2014. I bought a pair of Nike Footwear shoes (amount 2577 rupees )and after 5 month shoes are incredibly worn and have a hole along the seam. I purchased the shoes for work (wore them on average twenty hours a week). After that I went to store, they told me that we can't consider this a material or manufacturing, They used to deal with me quite inefficiently and did not show their interest which they must show while dealing with regular customers i also written to there consumercare (Consumercare.India@nike.com)but from there also i did not get any satisfactory answer from them.. So kindly help me to take the issue with them.
