Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir and Madam, My name is Naushad Ahmed having LPG connection of U.G. gas,Near Viohang Hotel,Manpada,Thane west Distributor # 112278. They are wrongly depositing my Subsidies amount in in active and unused bank account of mine. While submitting my Addahar linked form i have provided them my latest HDFC bank account to connect my Aadhar card but they have not updated my lpg account with latest account number. when i went to their office they simply said we cant help it out. you go to bank and speak to them. we dont have time to go and check with bank when you do mistakes. When you deposit the amount you never confirmed with consumer about their bank account.They should confirm before transferring the amount. The account where they are depositing the amount is inactive and i dont used for long time.even i dont have the account debit card. as the account never used since long time and bank simply charged their annual charges and that account is with - amount and when my subsidi
