Consumer Redressal

I am having a Bharat Gas connection in the name of AKSHIT BHANDARI consumer number 20680346 placed BHAYANDER. I had booked a cylinder in the month of DEC - 14, but till date it has not been delivered as i contacted to the distributor in bhayander they informed to visit mira road to other distributor and they blocked my connection. When i contacted that distributor they asked me to fill up some form and asked to submit my adhaar card and bank details i did the needful on the same day dated 10/02/2015. And they informed you can check after 10 days. Despite of so many days still i have not received any updation for the same and when i check online it shows the same status that sumbit your adhaar card to the distributor and bank details to the distributor. Its an harresement from last 2 months as i am working its not possible for me to go to distributor office everyday.they never answer the call too.Kindly request you to look into the matter and make out a solution for the same.
