Sir, I am bound to complain about the bad behaviour and misguidance of the people of rediff shopping. My brother (Shulav Mukherjee) has order for a product with order no 11114005 (power bank) the product is defective. I have complained for the product to rediff they told me to send the product back and they will refund me the money. I have send the product with the expense from my pocket. I still have not yet received the refund back. when ever I call them they completely miss guide me. Please help me sir.
