Dear Sir, Would like to lodge a complain against the madhu bharat gas distributor(gurgoan) because Since last 2 months I havebeen continuosly doing follow up within 3 to 4 day interval,They usually keep on delaying day bydaybysaying simple excuse that due stock unavilablity.Idid online registration more than twice .. last attempt was on dated 05feb15.I am suppose to get new lpg connection within 15 days from the date of request logged. Whenever i approach them,no body is willing to say any positive answer. I aksed to them more than 100 times when am i going to get. they say keep on following once avilable will be given. Would request grievance team, whosoever is taking care of this. please come to the office and see the most pathetic service and operations and adhered by them 1.They do not have any specific person /employee to give clear cut reason. 2. They do not give thier contact no..say...check with tollfree -which is never lifted. recent waitlist id - 14548420.
