HPGas agency,Ekvira gas agency,i have paid Rs.624 and i got refund of Rs.161.21 it means received less by Rs 9/-. When i enquired,i got a response that hp must have deducted the taxes!! Without giving the reason of tax. Also they said that some of other consumer have got Rs.500-600 as credit amount!!. I need to know how much this kind of system is full proof.Instead of taking higher amt.take only net amount which was the case earlier. According to me govt.should think twice before implementing such schemes.also i need my balance Rs. 9/- as refund.
