Sub: Non receipt of LPG subsidy: Sir, I Gopal Dass s/o Karnail Dass r/o H No. 518, Ram Kishan Colony, Ambala Cantt submit as under:- That I am a BPL card holder and received refill vide cash Memo No. 3000075882 dated 19.1.2015 and paid an amount of Rs.727.50 to the Indane Gas distributor i.e. Sanik Gas Service, Ambala Cantt being the cost of refill. My LPG consumer No.cx 1091657, Aadhaar No.7816 9690 5608 having a saving bank account No. 65218502751 IFSC Code STBP0000578 with State Bank of Patiala, 238 Housing Board Colony, Ambala Cantt which is linked with Aadhaar as well as Jan Dhan Yojna. My grievance is that till date I have not received my subsidy in my bank account. Previously I was having my bank account with Dena Bank, Ambala Cantt which was closed due to distance of the bank from my residence. I visited so many times with bank and Gas Agency for my grievances but they refused to entertain my grievance out rightly, hence the complaint referred to you for taking appropriate act
