Consumer Redressal

I am using Sony Xperia Z1 with IMEI number 358094051891050 since 20-May-2014, and I have always been a fan of Sony Mobiles until the recent event. The issue is 2 days back while I was on my dinner table and I had my phone exactly in front of me and I was chatting through it and the phone was working fine until then. After that when I took my phone again in my hand for using it I saw that touch of my phone is not working properly and then I notice the crack on the upper left side of the screen. All of this happened within 5 minutes of time and I could not believe my eyes that without any mishandling how could this happen to my phone. While checking the issue online I came to know that there is a problem of screen cracking with this particular model of xperia and many users are facing the same issue. I tried to contact Sony in many ways but not getting any response from them.
