I had been an Employee of PGP Polytechnic College, Namakkal in TamilNadu from 28.5.2007 to 31.10.2012. I was submit my PF claim form in the first week of January. but no one care about it. I ask three or more times. but they did not send the claim form to pf office. my employee no is : 7091. Please take action to receive the claim. Thanking you
