Consumer Redressal

I applied for withdrawal in 2012 and got the transfer in no time, when I checked there were 3 months short payment, on enquiry I got to know that my establishment by mistake deposited this 3 months to a different PF office, It took 2 years to sort out between 2 offices and even now I have not received my money even after the transfer is made within offices of PF but the PF office Laxmi nagar don't know how to refund the partial payment and till now no solutions is been made. I am sick of this and looking for help
