Consumer Redressal

I have to register complaint against M/s zhavar Kota Saree , c 21 malls, ab road indore. We have purchased a saree from shop worth rs 3960, which was subsequently found defective. Shop owner is defending himself and answering in a tone which is unethical and not expected. Type of defect. Saree was short in length and blouse could not be prepared. On contacting shop owner assured that he would prepare blouse from his own tailor. tailor in turn charged 300 bugs and destroyed whole pattern of blouse. On asking tailor he says as per order from shop. On contacting show owner m/s zhavar Kota, he says Yeh sab hot a hain, hum tik karwa denge. It's my forth time I am visiting shop and he is still amending the saree after so many odd days.problem is with attitude of the shopkeeper and his staff, it feels like we have done a mistake by coming to this shop. They are not listning to our issues and trying to prove they are correct and it's all our mistake.I don't know why I wasted 4000 bugs.
