Consumer Redressal

I had made an online Purchase from www.Whaaky.com on the 2nd February 2015. Though i have suffered from them when i had ordered something on the 1st December 2014 but the item was never ever delivered. Though they refunded me after me continously calling them up. This time my order number being S80731321 which comprised of 5 casual shirts and Combo of Jeans and Trousers. The total worth of the order is Rs 2598/=. They took 3 days to send me a confirmation that your order is sucessfully placed. Then they sent me the courier details, they shipped through Pigeon express couriers. When i received the items on 18/02/2015 it only had 5 shirts and no trousers. The shirts are very different from what is shown and they are not even worth wearing, plus very small in size and the material is some jute material with filthy packing and doesnt even carry brand label neither the size label. To which i informed them by mail as they do not answer the calls on the number provided 080 66228282
