Consumer Redressal

This complain is regarding non delivery of study material and fees payment receipt for pursuing the MBA course. I have joined a MBA course in Energy and Power in an institute called EIMSR having my enrollment number- E20126206.During the time of joining the course I was assured that I will get study material in the form of booklet against each subject which was described in the course curriculum of each semester. Subsequently I have paid all the fees which amounts to Rs 36990/-. But after giving all the fees they have just issued me with a certificate for completion of course without delivering any study material and any full course fees payment bill. Time and again I follow up with the institute for the supply of the study material and fees receipt but each time they say that I will get it with in 15-20 days along with the fee payment receipt. From last 3 months they are making the same excuse and now even they are also not answering my phone call.They are not delivering anything
