Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, I have ordered a micromax android one phone from WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM a online retail company gurgaon based (contact no.0124-4414888 email id-support@shopclues.com ,info@shopclues .com) via order no.37618979 on dated 11/02/2015 at 11.00am and paid the money by netbanking of Rs.5449/- on the same time through YES BANK,MATHURA (Saving a/c no. 007293700000184 IFSC CODE- YESB0000072), due to some reason I cancelled the order on same date at about 3.00pm. I have contact their customercare executive several times and send numbers of email for refund of my said amount but every time they make false promises on phone and send false emails that the money will be refunded wihtin 2-3 days but nothing has been done so far.please sir look into my problem and get my refund back. I will be higly obliged to you . thanking you. So, Please refund my amount in same account no.
