Consumer Redressal

I had taken a Group heath policy from United India Insurance company.I taken this policy through CANARA BANK.Canara bank having tie up with United India Insurance company.Policy due date 17 nov 2014 and i submitted DD to bank on 14/11/2014(there are a grace priod of 15 days). And bank courier that DD through Madhur Courier Railway road Gurgaon to United India Insurance company.But that DD nor reached to United Insurance company because they shifted to other address without prior notice to bank. And courier company not returned that DD into bank. Due to irresponsible behavior policy had been lapsed and in between my father has been hospitalize and 50,000 charged by hospital which was bear by us. Now Bank , policy company and courier company are not entertaining us. Please look forward it.
