Consumer Redressal

The complaint regarding Kajaria Tiles. I have already purchased a good quantity of tiles from their store. On feb 19, 2015 I have placed my order for some more tiles and paid them the money. They told me to deliver the order by next day afternoon. When they didn't deliver the order on assured time, I called them and they told me that there was a burglary happened in their shop last light. Then I called Kajaria Tile's regional office to tell them that I need the product urgently and plz try to arrange it from somewhere else. But the customer care executive talked with me very badly and told me that "they have burglary in their shop. How do you think of your product now.". I didn't expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from a big brand called "KAJARIA". Please do the needful. Thanks, Souvik Kundu
