i gave my sony experia z3 mobile for repair at metel tech , authorised sony service center at andheri west. they charged me the full amount for repair i.e. Rs. 11181/-in advance and promised me that i will get the repaired phone within 7 working days. its already 20 days but there is no news of my phone. if i call them to inquire about it the answer is "we dont know when it will come"
