Sir/Madam, I am submitting following complaint related to subsidy:-
HP Gas refill delivered (8/9) on 14-02-2014 vide Cash Memo No.130339
by Gujrat Gas House, 34-D, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007(DGCC Book
No.9111011300008670) but subsidy amount through Aadhar card not
received in my Account till date.
(ii) Again, subsidy for the month of Jan., 2015 not received yet
(i.e.27-01-15) in my account
You are requested to release the subsidy
payment about Rs.826/- (1240-414) for February, 2014 and January,
2015.
