Sir, I left job from Chirag International on 31-05-2014 and same day i had signed both PF forms for withdrawal. After two months i have several times called to Chirag International and PF office but they did not reply properly. Till date i have not recd any amount. My member ID No.THVSH00952640000000079. I have check my PF balance online but i shoocked my 2011-12 PF deducted by employers are not included also amount of April 2015 and May 2014 were not included in our balance. Our Employers ( Chirag International) paid PF payment already paid to PF office and return was manual filled for 2011-12.
Sir, Please help me to clear our account and withdrawal from PF.
