Respected Sir,
I had made an online purchase on Indiaroots.com - an initiative by NDTV group. I made my purchase on 10th Dec via code 100051180 and its been almost more than 2 months now that the product is still not delivered. Irrespective of constant check with company executive there has been no commitment so far regarding my delivery.
Seeking your attention to same and early resolution of matter at earliest.
