I was using Internet on blackberry mobile with 2GB 2G plan Rs 399/ Mth. In which 2GB data was free.
On 27th I have changed my handset from Blackberry to Nokia & I requested Vodafone to discontinue my blackberry data plan and activate normal 2G 2GB plan (199/ Mth), and I received conformation of the same on next day.
When I received itemized bill, I found that, Vodafone charged me Rs. 3848.44 for Internet use of 969 MB. According to my plan I should not be charged any additional amount until 2GB.
I have complaint the same 5 times to customers care & submitted written complaint on Vodafone care 4 times, but no one is attanding this issue seriously.
