I had purchased a spy cam through snapdeal in October 2014.it was defected product not getting switch on.I contacted to snapdeal they told you send it back and we will refund your money with courier charges in your SD cash not in your bank account.i sent it though courier and mailed the receipt of courier charges to snapdeal within a week.since then I am contacting to snapdeal through mobile and through mail.i had been given a complain Id 15895218 through mail and assured that it will take 24 hours to resolve that issue.it is four months now no phone call from snapdeal I have received and I have contacted snapdeal so many times through mobile and mail but reply is the same "sir we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department and your problem will be resolved within 24 hours".i m deeply suppressed by snapdeal.please resolve my issue sir. Thank you
