Consumer Redressal

I am sending three times pf withdrawl for topf office but till date I not received it.they are demending me cts 2010 cancelled cheque along with bank pass book Xerox copy. I send to pf office it recived on 19 jan 15. but status shows my 10c and 19 pf form rejected,. I need my settelemen on urgent basis. please help me out from this.and no one pick up the phone I tried daily fom approx. 30 times on different nos. but no phone is busy or no one pickup the phone.
