Consumer Redressal

Even after delivery of LPG cylinder by HP GAS, I have not received my advance and subsidy. ============================= I made the HP GAS LPG booking with "Order Reference Number: 2150298000019380" and "Order: 216316" on 12-Feb-2015. But even after having the cylinder delivered at my house on 15-Feb-2015, I still have not received: 1) Neither the One time permanent advance in my bank account prior to buying the first market priced LPG cylinder. 2) Nor the subsidy on the purchased and delivered subsidized cylinder. I have checked online at HP Gas Website (http://myhpgas.in) and found that my Bank Account is linked correctly with correct Bank Account details. Kindly do the needful to credit both the (1)Advance Amount and (2)LPG Subsidy Amount into my bank account urgently.
