I had booked 15gm gold in month of Jan’2013 on condition of part part payment . Goldsmith told that once we paid full amt then he will give us jewelry. Till date we paid him Rs.30000/- now days I suffering from financial crises so I required that amount. Goldsmith refuse to pay the money he told us you paid reaming amt & Take up your jewelry but we want money not jewelry Kindly help in the matter
