Hello My name is Mohit and I regularly buy at snapdeal. I must says that the main reason to buy at snapdeal is aggressive discounts. But that is the only good thing. The quality and service levels have declined a lot on buying from snapdeal and I faced frequent problems now at snapdeal. 1.fake products received. 2.Defective products received. 3.Broken or damaged products received. 4.Wrong product received. 5.Refunds not given when above products returned. Here are below proofs. 1.I returned three nike backpacks against order number 2874803832 in september 2014. I have followed up on regular basis for refund and till date only one refund against single back pack is given. They gave me three faulty nike backpacks which I returned all three . As per their complaint number 15539070 they initiated refund on 6th february.
