Sir,
I received the delivery of H.P. Gas cylinder by paying Rs.724 on 22.01.2015 I have not received my subsidy in the bank account. My concumer No. 637755. Last year when I purchased a cylinder at Rs.1120/- or so I had receiced subsidy within no time. Now when I enquired at M/S Utility Traders, my Gas distributer the reply I got that it takes 17 days to 1 month and have to wait. How is it is taking so much time this time. Besides delivery man takes Rs.12 extra for delivering the cylinder saying he receives Rs. 10 per cylinder which is not sufficient. When we lodge a complaint revenge is taken by not delivering cylinder in time. One more thing I would like to mention that I am a working person, if I know cylinder is delivered in particular time slot it is easy to make arrangements. Here when we receive a message H.P. Gas delivery within short times any time from 2 hours to 3days. Cant you arrange for time slot areawise and inform the consumers.
