Sub: Require guidance and help for taking possession of Property no- NRIP/589 in Omaxe NRI City Plots.
Dear sir,
We have booked a plot at Omaxe Nri city, Pari chawak Greater Noida,(UP) on 25-11-10.
As per agreement dated-25-11-10, we have paid full amount of Rs 48,35,753/- by 21st October/13.
But so far M/s omaxe have neither issued us any possession letter nor informed the date of Registry as per the agreement. Your help and guidance on the above subject will be appreciated as M/s Omaxe is not replying to my registered letters/mail. I am staying in a rented flat with a hope that I shall get my possession soon.
