I purchased a 32 inch LG LED TV model no- 32LV2130 vide cash memo no-13166 on 24.10.2011 from Great Eastern Trading Co of 20, O.C.H.Street, Kolkata- 700001. The scan copy of bill is attached herewith. On 01.01.2015 picture was not coming and so I lodged complain with LG Service on 02.01.2015 and Request ID no- RNA150102088979 was provided to me via SMS to my enlisted mobile number-9434494088 at 18.09 hours. On 03.01.2015 service engineer visited my home and after investigation told that panel is not working and company has no stock of this panel and your TV will not work anymore but company will inform you the amount that will be refunded to you. On 03.01.2015 I got a message that the complain is in process and as additional parts are not available with engineer (ESC/LGC) action required.
