Purchased Kenwood BM450 Bread Maker through Snapdeal(Order Code-4932709693,Seller:AEROLINE ELECTRONICS,delivered to my address in Raipur,Chattisgarh on 28/11/2014.Started the machine for trial & it stopped working within a hour.Tried to cotact customer care(18004255541),but after several try could not register any complain,NUMBER not functioning.After couple of days managed to contact Service Head Mr.Venkatesh Babu(8884415712),he helped me to register complain on 5th JANUARY(Complain No.-588067).He has given me the Phone No. of this zone representative Mr. Gajanan Tripathi.But after several follow up,he never picked up the phone and ultimately insisted me to contact service engineer Mr.Manish Kumar(9770004638).He visited and detected that the PCB Assembly was faulty.Requested Mr.Gajanan Tripathi to replace the machine,but he refused.Three months are over & nothing happened after follow up.Machine was detected as manufacturing defect and stopped working in a hour,it should be replaced.
