It is regarding the complain of Goibibo.com mobile apps offer where a consumer gets Rs200 if he refer frens to install the apps.In my case i got 2000/- in my referals (bonus pints that can be redemmed)and then i booked a tickets which costed me Rs 4024 and when i tried to pay there was a option of using my Go cash amount (bonus that i earned thru referals)and final amount showing as 2042/- as i already got Rs2000/- in my Go cash account...but Rs 3500 is deducted from my credit card...A customer could see a lesser amount payable and when he actually pays he has to pay more..This website is making fool of people.I understand Rs 500 / can be redemed on one booking but then final amount payable should show what exactly a consumer sees on his screen ,the hidden tricks should be removed.Kindly check and waiting for your response.tHE MOBILE APPS AND ITS BONUS POINTS IS NOTHING BUT A WAY OF CHEATING PEOPLE
