Consumer Redressal

Hi Sir, We need your help as we are not getting any help from the government officials. We are residing in A-1630 Ist floor Green Fields Colony Faridabad and the owner of second floor had installed mobile tower on the roof top without taking our concent. When we resisted at the time of construction he had given threats to us. We filed a case against him and the company (Tata teleservices to which the tower belongs to) in 2006-07. SDM court has ordered in 2013 and told the company to dismantle the tower and when we received the copy of the order in Mar 2013 we gave it to Suraj kund police station. Till now the tower is operational and when we try to raise this issue with government officials we are not getting any help. I think the concerned officials are being paid by the opponents to delay the execution of the order and not providing any kind of support to us. We need your help as the tower emitts harmful radiation which are injurious to the whole locality and it is causing severe damage to the building as well. If possible we can meet you and show you all the evidences and copies of the court order. Please help us. Regards Nimisha
