Dear sirs
We, Ashok & Reena Moda aged 60 & 54, own Reliance general
Insurance individual medi claim policy since last 10 years
and now we receive a notice from RGI saying that IRDA has
discontinued this product hence we must migrate our
existing policy to other products of RGI which actually
cost us the premium more than double . There was no such
condition in their original proposal.
So, sir, how IRDA can allow RGI to discontinue an
existing policy or RGI can charge double the premium
amount.
We are in big trouble and would like someone to help us
before our policy expires.
