Consumer Redressal

I have served as general manager in public listed infra company as GM last year & resigned giving 3 months notice period; I received my last month salary,but not recd the perquiisites, even after President instructed HR ;i was to retire in novemebr anyway & resigned earler;management never asked me to extend my notice period and I had to leave just 4 working days earlier which i informed;i was to receive driver salary, fuel expenses, leave salary etc amounting to INR 1.20 lacs ; HR is insisting 6 months notice period which was informed after joining & parent division having 90%turnover follows 3 months notice ; I have sent several remonders but reply is not proper & no proper explanation is given;I want to fight the case and ready to pay legal charges;I have all the mail correspondance intact;Please help me out with a proper suggestion and i can become a member if you can help me out; the company is Kalpataru Power transimission ltd.
