Consumer Redressal

I wish to lodge a consumer complaint against Home Town for cheating me by over charging me and making false commitments for a modular kitchen I bought from them including delays : 1 Not supplying the complete Items they charged me for 2 Extensive delays in installation against committed time - They have taken 4 months for a standard 3 day job and kitchen is still incomplete 3 Harassment caused to us due to this delay 4 Home Town is not willing to tell us the refund amount due to us because of changes and short supply of kitchen 5 Extremely poor services by HomeTown
