Aircel cellular service provider has forfeited Rs. 40/- from my mobile phone main balance. I had talked with their consumer complain representative.They had committed me that, they will refund me the same within 75 hours. But after 75hours of deduction amount was refunded. Then I talked with their senior person and he has refused my request.I want a judgement against this rubbery.
